MOORE, Ok. - Athletic Director Mark Berokoff and Randall University are excited to announce the hiring of Sarah Rhodes as new Head Women's Volleyball Coach. Coach Rhodes comes to Randall after 3 years as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Cenral Christian College of Kansas, and 1 year as Head Volleyball Coach. Prior to her coaching career, Sarah played 3 years of basketball at Manhattan Christian College, and then transfered to Ozark Christian College where she played her senior year of basketball, and two years of volleyball. At Ozark she was a part of their 2012 Volleyball NCCAA Region Championship win, and in 2013 her volleyball team won the ACCA National Championship, and was the runner up for the NCCAA Championship. Coach Rhodes has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry: Psychology and counseling, and is currently working on her Masters in collegiate athletic administration.
When asked about the new position, Coach Rhodes said, "I'm excited for the opportunity to be the new Head Volleyball Coach at Randall University, as well as being able to help with the Women's Basketball program. There are exciting things to come from both programs, and I can't wait to see all that we can accomplish!" Athletic Director Berokoff had this to say about the new hire, "We believe our Volleyball program is poised to take the next step, and coach Rhodes is the perfect coach to take us there. We are extremely excited to add Sarah to our coaching staff here at RU, and believe she is the right choice to lead our young women both on the court, and spiritually as well."
